1. Warranty Purposes
1.1 Provide repair services for manufacturing defects or malfunctions, ensuring minimum repair turnaround time.
These obligations supplement consumer rights under Kazakhstan Law No. 274-IV (2010). Purchaser confirms receipt of defect-free goods by signing this warranty card and agrees to the following terms.
2. Early Warranty Termination
2.1 Liquid/insect/foreign particle ingress.
2.2 Damage from mechanical, chemical, thermal, or external factors.
2.3 Violation of storage/transport rules or misuse per operation manual.
2.4 Unauthorized disassembly/repair attempts.
2.5 Use of defective accessories (chargers/cables).
2.6 Operation in extreme prohibited conditions.
2.7 Serial number alteration/removal or mismatch with warranty card.
3. Service Conditions
3.1 Customer bears delivery cost to Service Center (SC). Full packaging, warranty card, and no physical damage required.
3.2 Warranty covers repairs/replacements post-diagnosis. No implied warranties (compatibility/software excluded).
3.3 Warranty card = sole service authorization (non-replaceable if lost).
3.4 Replaced parts become seller's property.
3.5 Diagnostic period not extending warranty.
3.6 Preserve packaging ≥14 days post-delivery.
4. Additional Clauses
4.1 Diagnostic fees apply if no defect found.
4.2 Repair duration via separate agreement.
4.3 Seller exempt if damage stems from customer misuse.
4.4 Exclusions: Consumables (brushes/wiring), rotors/stators damaged by overheating.
